The current geopolitical conditions for the development of the Russian coal industry and the reorientation of trade turnover towards the Asia-Pacific countries require modernization and construction of logistics infrastructure facilities at the Far Eastern landfill. The optimization model of the investment project for the construction and operation of the transshipment coal terminal of the seaport allows maximizing the profit of investors with shared financing of its construction and operation. The research tool is the methods of operations research. The proposed approach can be used in the economic analysis of projects using public-private partnership financing.
