Innovations determine everything: a happy life, material and spiritual well-being, sustainable development and free self-realization of the individual, as well as his security. It is necessary to produce innovations on an ongoing basis, and the more the better. Every Russian citizen can master the skills to create innovations taking into account the actual needs of the individual and society, if they are properly helped. And the sooner the better. A comprehensive school is the most suitable social structure for the formation of motivation, psychological and functional readiness for innovation among Russian youth, both in education and in everyday life. It is advisable at the state level to create conditions for the formation and development of innovative universal education for Russian schoolchildren using digital technologies and to make this type of educational activity multidirectional and continuous.
