THE ROLE OF GOVERNMENT REGULATION IN THE MINING AND PRODUCTION OF GOLD IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract (English):
The article presents an analysis of the impact of government regulations on the extraction and production of gold in foreign countries (China, Australia, Peru, South Africa, etc.). It is revealed that government regulation of mining and production of gold takes place through the establishment of a special administrative-legal regime of subsoil use, development and approval legislation in the field of taxation and subsidies and benefits to enterprises, security and create favorable working conditions, compliance with environmental requirements.
