The article substantiates the relevance of creating a research and production association aimed at implementing scientific ideas in models, prototypes and experimental samples. A new methodology for working with subjects of scientific creativity and the personnel of the discussed research and production association is presented. It is shown that recording the verbal stream of consciousness of a group of inventors solving a common creative scientific problem and subsequent processing of the recorded audio material using artificial intelligence will allow for the first time in human history to learn how to manage the process of scientific insight and creativity and, thus, significantly optimize and accelerate the search for new breakthrough solutions.
