This article is devoted to the importance of HR management, which is a critical factor that ensures the successful functioning of a modern organization. The main aspects of HR management (motivation, training, advanced training and development of employees) are considered. Approaches to the formation of corporate culture and its impact on labor productivity and employee loyalty are analyzed. It is emphasized that targeted development of human capital contributes to increased efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise. Modern methods of assessing and managing personnel performance are also highlighted, allowing for the optimization of resource use. Practical recommendations for the implementation of a strategic HR management system aimed at sustainable development of the company in conditions of uncertainty are presented. Particular attention is paid to the role of leaders and their ability to form a team spirit for change management. The author concludes that a professionally organized personnel management system is a necessary key to achieving long–term success and adaptability of the organization to external challenges.
