The subject of the research in this article is the process of managing organizational culture. The goal is to create a set of indicators characterizing the work of managing organizational culture. The main research methods were comparative analysis, literature analysis and description. A distinctive feature of this article is that the management of organizational culture is considered in stages, the characteristics of indicators and their possible calculation are described in detail. To detail the work on the stages of organizational culture management, checklists have been developed that include the main tasks necessary for managing organizational culture at each stage. The author concludes that it is advisable to use indicators reflecting the state of organizational culture. The article may be of interest to practitioners involved in the development of elements of organizational culture, the formation of organizational culture, as well as those engaged in research on staff satisfaction, engagement and loyalty, graduate students, undergraduates.
