Abstract (English):
The article presents possible options for conducting literature lessons with third-graders. Younger schoolchildren are introduced to a new literary genre for them – a tale, represented by the work of P.P. Bazhov “Silver Hoof”. The teacher uses such technological teaching methods as creating a literary model, structural analysis of the text, working with an explanatory dictionary, compiling characteristics of literary heroes, role-playing reading, paired work of third-graders with proverbs.
