The article discusses one of the types of iatrogenic diseases called «Sestrogeny». Special attention is paid to the origin and causes of iatrogenic diseases, the classification of sisterhood is highlighted, and the necessary qualities of nurses are considered. The article analyzes the level of awareness of the population about nursing, examines the influence of professional qualities of nurses on the attitude towards patients, and depending on this, the risks of this disease in the Kursk region are identified.
