ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS IN THE RENOVATION OF INDUSTRIAL ZONES IN MOSCOW

Abstract (English):
The article examines the environmental problems inherent in the urban environment with the wrong approach to the renovation of industrial zones. It is proposed to pay attention to the importance of green spaces for improving the quality of the natural environment in an urbanized area. The optimal solution is to allocate half of the area to be renovated for integrated landscaping. This will allow the creation of significant park spaces in the city, combining them with already formed green areas. This improves not only the artistic expressiveness of the urban environment, but also the ecological situation. It is advisable to exchange experience with foreign specialists in order to create and im-plement the concept of eco-cities in all localities of our country without exception.
