Abstract (English):
BPM (Business Process Management) systems are systems aimed at optimizing and managing business processes and administrative regulations. The implementation of BPM makes it possible to build and maintain interaction between managers at various levels and IT department specialists in the most effective way. The article discusses the main functions and features of BPM (Business Process Management) class systems, trends in the development and growth of the Russian market for BPM solutions. The main stages are defined and the implementation goals and criteria for assessing the effectiveness of the systems implementation project are highlighted.
