An urgent problem of the cultural dominant in Russian national economy management today is considered. The importance of the contemporary English language as a major means of international communication is stressed. A new concept in organizing teaching contemporary everyday and business English on evergrowing scale is proposed to enable introducing the latest achievements in science and technology for fundamental modernizing the national economy of the Russian Federation, increasing the effi ciency of international economic, scientifi c and technological, and cultural cooperation.
