Abstract (English):
The article considers the new author's method "Matrix of values (Nazarenko-Matveeva T.M. Model)" as a planning and predictive resource of the quality of educational activity and a tool for designing and implementing the federal work program of education. The variants of the matrix of values and the features of its use in the implementation of the education program in educational organizations of the general education system are presented.
