Abstract (English):
This article presents an analysis of psychological and pedagogical research and methodological developments devoted to the problem of the formation of functional literacy in the educational process. The authors focus on the importance of organizing the formation and evaluation of the functional literacy of schoolchildren, based on a competency-based approach.
