Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the problems of applying methods to stimulate demand for the services of a hotel enterprise. The results of the analysis of the structure of consumer demand for hotels of various categories and methods for stimulating demand for services in the hotel business are presented, which made it possible to develop practical recommendations for the introduction of innovative methods of generating demand in an uncertain environment.
