An important role in the methodology of teaching legal disciplines is given to interactive teaching methods, since in the process of their application many functions are implemented that affect the formation of legal literacy of future specialists. The article provides an example of the use of a business game when teaching the course "Legal support of professional activity" at the Higher School of Folk Arts. During the business game, students begin to independently study their responsibilities related to the roles put forward when playing all stages of the procedure for state registration of handicrafts; consultations and discussions are held, as necessary, the teacher provides additional information.
