THE MONITORING RESULTS OF REQUIREMENTS OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES AND SPECIAL NEEDS IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract (English):
The article deals with the problem of access to education for persons with disabilities and invalidity. The analysis of legal documents was carried out, proclaims the right of persons with disabilities for education and regulated the establishment of special conditions in the process of training and education. We examine the practical aspects of training this category of students in scientifi c research. The monitoring results of the needs of students with disabilities and special needs in higher education are given. Particular attention is paid to the issue of creating an accessible and barrier-free educational environment, which includes equipment and training and equipping of premises, implementation of the system of psycho-pedagogical and medical support, the creation of psychologically comfortable and safe learning environment, organization of leisure activities.

Профессиональная подготовка студентов с инвалидностью и ограниченными возможностями здоровья обеспечивает их успешную адаптацию и интеграцию в социум. Существует несколько способов получения высшего образования студентами с инвалидностью и ОВЗ: изолированное обучение с созданием специальных условий либо совместное обучение со здоровыми студентами с созданием педагогических условий, позволяющих студентам с нарушениями здоровья в полной мере овладеть профессиональными знаниями, умениями и навыками. Как видно, в обоих случаях акцентируется внимание на создании специальных условий обучения студентов с нарушениями здоровья, что вызывает необходимость учета их потребностей в процессе получения профессионального образования.
