Freelancing is currently the type of work activity that is gaining popularity most rapidly in the labor market. The article deals with the problem of legal regulation of freelancing in the context of the labor market. The authors of the work examined certain legal aspects of the regulation of the freelance sphere, their advantages and disadvantages from the point of view of law enforcement practice, as well as ensuring the rights of employees
