In article influence of political transit on application of selective technologies in modern electoral system of the Russian Federation is analysed. Authors prove situation that the political processes which are taking place in transitive democracies which the modern Russian Federation is have considerable impact on the contents, character and rates of transformations in society. As, during election campaign various electoral technologies having various impact on behavior of voters are applied. However, despite application of new technologies, mass media have the greatest impact on electorate as are the most available means of informing voters As a result authors formulated a conclusion that in the most effective ways of impact on voters, and also stimulation of electoral behavior mass media are.
