Abstract (English):
The article deals with the issues of forming the competence of a future teacher in the field of organizing the attention of younger students in the classroom and its development in the educational process. The emphasis is on mastering not only the theoretical foundations of the psychology of attention and its manifestations in primary school age, but also on mastering the future teacher both in practical classes in psychology and in industrial practice at school with methods and methods for diagnosing and developing students' attention.
