The article presents the results of the author's study of the use of career consulting tools in modern organizations of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra and the development of a logical scheme for the use of career consulting tools. The article presents the developed author's logical scheme for the use of career consulting tools in modern organizations that contains such tools as SWOT analysis, strategy map and SMART goals, competency analysis on the BCG matrix, career path, benchmarking and GAP analysis, PDCA cycle.
