The present article deals with the interaction of the wedge moving on the supporting wheels, with cropped soil layer. Schemes of the forces acting on the wedge and the soil layer are considered, and the equations of motion of the wedge are composed. The conditions for the separation of soil layer and the parameters for which this is possible are considered. A result of research obtained the equation of length of soil layer. Also the obtained dependence is analyzed, from which we can conclude that the length of soil layer depends on the mechanical properties of the soil, the depth of processing, the geometric characteristics of the wedge, and does not depend on the traction of the wedge.

В представленной статье рассмотрен процесс взаимодействия клина, движущегося на опорных колесах, с подрезанным почвенным пластом. Рассмотрены схемы сил, действующих на клин и на почвенный пласт, а также составлены уравнения движения клина. Рассмотрены условия отрыва почвенного пласта и параметры, при которых это возможно. В результате проведенного исследования получено уравнение длины почвенного пласта. Также проведен анализ полученной зависимости, из которого можно сделать выводы, что длина почвенного пласта зависит от механических свойств почвы, глубины обработки, геометрических характеристик клина, и не зависит от тягового усилия клина.
