Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The proposed methodology is based on an expert assessment of the region's macroeconomic factors and their processing using the mathematical method of T. Saaty's analysis of hierarchies. The material of the study allows, with sufficient reliability, to carry out a numerical assessment of the attractiveness of individual territories of the region, to build a scale of their priority based on the purpose of assessing the territory. The stages of assessing the investment attractiveness of places in the territory by the analysis of hierarchies are considered. The main criteria for assessing the territory of the region are proposed. Examples of construction of pairwise comparison matrices are shown. Conclusions are presented from the analysis of matrices by an integral indicator, a rating scale of priority territories is built based on the goal set.
