SOCIOCULTURAL FUNCTIONAL LITERACY AS A PLANNED LEARNING OUTCOME OF A PRIMARY SCHOOLCHILD

Abstract (English):
The article emphasizes the expediency of introducing modern technologies and teaching aids into the educational process of elementary school, in particular, the creation and use of an information and educational environment based on multimedia resources. The design of a media library according to the modules of the exemplary work program "Fine Arts", intended for primary school students, is considered. Existing catalogs of multimedia resources or a thematic media library created by the teacher himself as an actual educational component are able to provide active artistic and creative visual activity of younger students, support their successful mastering of spatial and visual arts.
