Object. The role of the human as an economic and social actor in the sociohumanitarian development is considered. The Subject of the Analysis. The trends of changes in the Russian socioeconomic system and its subsystems are analyzed: economic, political, social, moral, home and family — for the purpose of the presence of basic problems and contradictions of socio-humanitarian development. The Main Aspects of the Article. The authors proceed from the fact that socio-humanism is based on the harmonious synthesis in the system nature-man-society. The human as an economic and social actor possesses vital, intellectual and moral capital is affected by the vertical and horizontal relations of socioeconomic system and at the same time formes them in his (her) own image. The contradictions are resolved by the generation of «new», that are the harmonic synthesis of the resolving oppositions. The sociohumanitarian state is a natural stage in the sequence: liberal — social — sociohumanitarian. Purpose of the Article. The existing trends of economic and sociohumanitarian development of Russia are completely contradictory. Some of them corresponds to the socio-humanitarian vector of the development, whereas others not. The system reforms are to be carried out. Under the conditions of globalization the main thing is to win competition for the human. In Russia it is necessary to improve institutions and infrastructure of the human development that include the motivation to the creation of innovations for the realization of creative and owner’s abilities, social elevators for promoting of the creative persons and groups.

1. Концепция социогуманизма
Cоциогуманизм — это естественно-гуманитарное учение о функционировании и развитии глобальной системы природа–человек–общество и локальных подсистем. Социогуманизм выступает как обобщенный итог исторического пути, на котором неизменно росла ценность человека, совершенствовалось бытие [Бушуев, Голубев, Коробейников, 2013, 19, с. 43–52].
Учение социогуманизма, в отличие от большинства социальных теорий, строится дедуктивным методом — от теории социоприродного развития к социуму и человеку. Тем самым оно лишено недостатков обычно используемых индуктивных построений (субъективизм, неучет существенных факторов, преувеличение или преуменьшение роли других и т.п.). Три главные составляющие этого учения: от общества потребления — к обществу социального гуманизма, от «человека социального» — к «человеку социально-духовному», от социального — к социогуманитарному государству [Бобков, 2013, 22, с. 6–8].
При социогуманизме разрешаются (частично или полностью) на основе гармоничного синтеза основные противоположности в системе природа–человек–общество [Голубев, Кураков, Тимирясова, 2013, 1, с. 110].
