Abstract (English):
V stat'e rassmatrivayutsya problemy transformacii yuridicheskoy professii i yuridicheskogo obrazovaniya v cifrovuyu epohu. Segodnya mnogim yuristam ne hvataet opyta i navykov dlya raboty s cifrovymi tehnologiyami, kotorye pozvolili by im reshat' konkretnye yuridicheskie problemy kompaniy i klientov. Metody issledovaniya: dialekticheskiy, sravnitel'no-pravovoy, istoricheskiy, formal'no-yuridicheskiy, lingvisticheskiy. Vyvody: ispol'zovanie novyh cifrovyh tehnologiy, takih kak iskusstvennyy intellekt i blokcheyn, predstavlyaet real'nuyu ugrozu dlya suschestvovaniya professii yurista v tradicionnom vide. V etih usloviyah budut vostrebovany professionaly, obladayuschie znaniyami i navykami ne tol'ko v sfere yurisprudencii, no i v oblasti cifrovyh tehnologiy. Odnako sovremennoe yuridicheskoe obrazovanie ne v polnoy mere otvechaet rastuschim potrebnostyam rynka truda, tak kak orientirovano preimuschestvenno na formirovanie u obuchayuschihsya teoreticheskih znaniy o novyh cifrovyh tehnologiyah, a ne na formirovanie u nih cifrovyh kompetenciy. Dlya vyrabotki obschih podhodov k vyboru i tipizacii cifrovyh kompetenciy yurista neobhodimo razrabotat' strukturu nazvannyh kompetenciy. Dlya uluchsheniya cifrovyh navykov studentov-yuristov predlozheno ispol'zovat' komp'yuternye ili virtual'nye trenazhery, demonstracionnye versii populyarnyh cifrovyh platform i hakatony LegalTech v ramkah obrazovatel'nogo processa.
