Abstract (English):
The article represents the answer of a teacher with extensive work experience to the question of a young colleague about the methodology of teaching younger schoolchildren the correct spelling of dictionary words. The article reveals techniques that make it easier for children to memorize dictionary words, and effective ways to consolidate the skills of their correct spelling. Recommendations on the number of new words introduced during the week are given, depending on the degree of mastering by students of the material already passed. Examples of assignments are given that are advisable to use in the classroom, as well as to offer as homework.
