Abstract (English):
This article makes an attempt to prove the importance of the theoretical substantiation of the socio-pedagogical design of extracurricular activities from the standpoint of the professional and personal development of teachers of a general educational organization, included in the organizational forms of pedagogical interaction. The main attention in the work is focused on the description of the model of social and pedagogical design, the conditions for its implementation in the educational organization.
