В данной статье делается попытка доказать важность теоретического обоснования социально-педагогического проектирования внеурочной деятельности с позиций профессионально-личностного развития педагогов общеобразовательной организации, включенных в организационные формы педагогического взаимодействия. Основное внимание в работе авторы акцентируют на описании модели социально-педагогического проектирования, условиях ее реализации в образовательной организации.
This article makes an attempt to prove the importance of the theoretical substantiation of the socio-pedagogical design of extracurricular activities from the standpoint of the professional and personal development of teachers of a general educational organization, included in the organizational forms of pedagogical interaction. The main attention in the work is focused on the description of the model of social and pedagogical design, the conditions for its implementation in the educational organization.
