DEVELOPMENT AND RISKS OF TECHNOLOGIES OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN HR

Abstract (English):
The article discusses the capabilities of artifi cial intelligence, trends in the use of artifi cial intelligence, the use of artifi cial intelligence in HR. The trends in expanding the use of artifi cial intelligence in business in Europe (Google, IBM, Facebook, Accenture, BCG, Deloitte, etc.) and the promotion of artifi cial intelligence systems in the UK and the USA are presented. Russian experience is considered. The emphasis is placed on the fact that in Russia special attention is paid to the security issues of the development of artifi cial intelligence systems.
