METHOD OF CALCULATION OF AN EXPOSURE WHEN CHANGING HIGH VOLTAGE ON A X-RAY TUBE AND/OR THICKNESS OF THE X-RADIOGRAPHY MATERIAL

Abstract (English):
Odin iz sposobov opredeleniya neobhodimoy ekspozicii pri radiograficheskom kontrole — universal'nye nomogrammy ekspozicii. Obychno eto graficheskie zavisimosti trebuemoy ekspozicii ot tolschiny prosvechivaemogo materiala i napryazheniya na rentgenovskoy trubke. Ih suschestvennyy nedostatok — ochen' bol'shaya pogreshnost', obuslovlennaya tem, chto lyubaya nomogramma stroitsya dlya konkretnogo rentgenovskogo apparata i ne mozhet uchityvat' raznuyu velichinu «vyhoda» rentgenovskogo izlucheniya u raznyh apparatov pri odnom i tom zhe znachenii napryazheniya na trubke. V svyazi s etim pri ispol'zovanii konkretnogo apparata imeyuschiesya v obschem dostupe nomogrammy nedostatochno tochny i prakticheski vsegda trebuetsya sostavlenie novoy sobstvennoy nomogrammy. Materialy dannoy stat'i mogut pomoch' eto sdelat'. Tak zhe metodika pozvolyaet uyti ot graficheskogo ispol'zovaniya nomogramm i pol'zovat'sya tol'ko raschetnymi dannymi (posle togo kak nomogramma opisana uravneniyami). Za osnovu byli vzyata nomogramma proizvoditelya rentgenovskoy plenki AGFA, sostavlennaya dlya plotnosti D = 2,0, fokusnogo rasstoyaniya F = 1000 mm, material — stal'. V rezul'tate raboty byla rasschitana i opisana zavisimost' ekspozicii pri izmenenii napryazheniya i/ili tolschiny prosvechivaemogo materiala. Metodika byla proverena na apparatah postoyannogo potenciala SBK 160, SBK 200 i pokazala priemlemuyu dlya prakticheskoy raboty tochnost' raschetov. Neobhodimo uchest', chto dannyy metod ozhidaemo budet davat' sistematicheskuyu pogreshnost', t.k. ne uchityvaet raznost' spektral'nogo sostava izlucheniya razlichnyh apparatov. Tem ne menee, postavlennye celi byli dostignuty.
