INDEX BASED TRIANGULATION METHOD FOR EFFICIENT GENERATION OF LARGE THREE-DIMENSIONAL ULTRASONIC C-SCANS

Abstract (English):
Potrebnost' v vysokoskorostnom UZK ob'ektov bol'shih razmerov i slozhnoy geometrii obuslovlena stremleniem kontrolirovat' otvetstvennye detali kak minimum so skorost'yu proizvodstvennogo processa. Novye robotizirovannye sistemy pozvolyayut zapominat' bol'shie ob'emy dannyh v korotkie promezhutki vremeni. Dlya uvelicheniya propusknoy sposobnosti oborudovaniya NK vazhno imet' vozmozhnost' bystrogo prosmotra rezul'tatov dlya ocenki defektnosti detaley. Dlya etogo trebuyutsya novye sredstva vizualizacii i analiza dannyh dlya ob'ektov bol'shih razmerov i slozhnoy geometrii, poluchennyh pri skanirovanii bez propuskov s zadannym shagom skanirovaniya. V stat'e predstavlen novyy podhod dlya vizualizacii trehmernyh C-skanov, poluchennyh pri UZK takih ob'ektov. Suschestvuyuschie metody vizualizacii sravnivayutsya s razrabotannym metodom indeksnoy triangulyacii (IBT). Metod IBT sozdaet 3D C-skany, predstavlyayuschie soboy cvetnye tesselirovannye poverhnosti; pokazano, chto podhod rabotaet effektivno dazhe pri slozhnoy geometrii. Dopolnitel'nym preimuschestva metoda IBT yavlyaetsya to, chto on pozvolyaet legko obnaruzhivat' nesploshnost' skanirovaniya, chto kriticheski vazhno pri NK otvetstvennyh detaley. Krome togo, metod predostavlyaet trehmernuyu interpretaciyu C-skanov na slozhnyh komponentah geometrii ob'ekta. Rezul'taty pokazyvayut, chto metod IBT rabotaet bolee chem v 60 raz bystree, chem metod, osnovannyy na triangulyacii Delone, i bolee chem v 500 raz bystree, chem metod rekonstrukcii poverhnosti.
