THE USE OF DYNAMIC PROGRAMMING IN PROBLEMS FOR OCCUPATIONAL RISKS’ MANAGEMENT IN CONSTRUCTION

Abstract (English):
The relevance of decrease in injury risk in construction is proved. A direction based on decrease in injury risk according to happened accidents’ research results has been considered. Statistical data for operational injuries in this branch are provided. A procedure for development of an optimum program for injury risk decrease with use of dynamic programming has been considered. A task for financing quota division on construction technology operations so that to maximize a general expected reduction of accidents number for all technological process is set. The offered approach has a big practical importance for traumatizing risk decrease in the construction production.

Строительная индустрия продолжает оставаться достаточно сложной отраслью в части обеспечения безопасных условий труда. В отрасли традиционно востребовано значительное количество кратковременно занятых рабочих и рабочих-мигрантов.
