Abstract (English):
The article reveals the nomenclature of regulatory universal educational activities, which is advisable to form in younger schoolchildren at physical education classes and in classes during extracurricular activities. The examples of exercises that contribute to the formation of the ability of a younger schoolchild to plan, monitor and assess his physical condition are given.

В Федеральном государственном образовательном стандарте начального общего образования особое место отводится развитию регулятивных универсальных учебных действий, поскольку в основе всей регулятивной деятельности человека лежит способность к произвольности: «Подчеркнем, что любое учебное действие, если оно протекает сознательно, регулируется его исполнителем: планируется, контролируется, оценивается» [1, с. 5].
