The article deals with the typology of the culture of the educational organization. The infl uence of the environment on pedagogical activity and the development potential of the educational organization is determined. Approaches to the creation of a pedagogical team are presented. The article gives recommendations to managers on the conduct of pedagogical councils to improve the eff ectiveness of pedagogical interaction in the educational organization.
