Abstract (English):
Foul language aggravates problems in the socialization and development of the personality of minors: it determines the attitude towards a minor and makes it difficult for him to adapt among others; inhibits the development of monologic speech and, accordingly, intellectual arena; is interconnected with the development of deviation behavior. Prevention and overcoming of foul language of minors (primary and secondary prevention) is carried out by neutralizing its causes. The main groups of factors and causes of foul language may include: foul language of minors’ environment, low level of culture of the minor; his communicative and social-psychological problems. Algorithm for making the program for the prevention of foul language includes: background analysis; formulation of goals; analysis of conformance of planned work to goals and solution of the identified leading causes; analysis of the expediency of the sequence of work, its possible effectiveness; use of opportunities of interdepartmental and intraschool interaction of specialists, social partnership.

Актуальность материалов данной статьи связана с тем, что проблема сквернословия в современном российском обществе свидетельствует о тенденции разрушения русского языка как части общей национальной культуры, о существующем кризисе в общественном сознании, нравственной деградации.
