COMPARISON OF MICROECOLOGICAL INTESTINAL INDICES IN CHILDREN WITH DIFFERENT VALUE OF BODY MASS INDEX

Abstract (English):
Indeks massy tela (IMT) yavlyaetsya odnim iz klyuchevyh i v tozhe vremya prostyh i znachimyh pokazateley sostoyaniya organizma cheloveka. Kak bol'shie, tak i malye velichiny IMT associirovany s vysokim urovnem zabolevaemosti. Cel' issledovaniya: ispol'zuya velichinu IMT kak kriteriy sravneniya proanalizirovat' mikroekologicheskie narusheniya kishechnogo biocenoza u detey raznogo vozrasta. Metody issledovaniya. Issledovan koprologicheskiy material ot 158 detey i podrostkov v vozraste ot 5 do 17 let (iz nih 77 mal'chikov i 81 devochka). Material byl raspredelen na tri gruppy sravneniya v zavisimosti ot velichiny IMT: pervaya gruppa s deficitom massy tela (DMT) (n=34), 2 gruppa s izbytochnym vesom i ozhireniem (IzbMT) (n=37), tret'ya gruppa s normal'nym vesom (NMT) (n=87). Rezul'taty. Pokazano, chto u bolee 80% detey s razlichnoy velichinoy IMT registrirovalis' disbioticheskie narusheniya kishechnoy mikrobioty 1 i 2 stepeni. Odnako v gruppe detey s NMT chastota vyyavleniya kishechnogo disbioza byla znachitel'no men'shey, a v gruppe detey s deficitom vesa disbioticheskie narusheniya vstrechalis' znachitel'no chasche, chem u detey s izbytkom vesa i ozhireniem (r<0,05). U detey s DMT nablyudalos' ne tol'ko povyshenie koncentracii UPB, no i uvelichenie chastoty vstrechaemosti otdel'nyh predstaviteley semeystva Enterobacteriaceae, v 58,8 % sluchaev registrirovalis' dvuh i trehkomponentnye associacii uslovno-patogennyh bakteriy (UPB), chto yavlyaetsya pokazatelem vyrazhennyh narusheniy formirovaniya mikrobiocenoza kishechnika. Poluchennye dannye pokazyvayut, chto pri ocenke sostoyaniya kishechnoy mikroflory v komplekse s drugimi issledovaniyami mozhno ispol'zovat' IMT kak vazhnyy kriteriy, otrazhayuschiy tyazhest' techeniya zabolevaniya.
