The results of research of Moscow students representatives relations to the work of such e-government portals as the portal of public services in Moscow, the portal "Active Citizen", the medical portal "EMIAS.INFO", the portal of public services of the Russian Federation and the portal of the Federal Service of Court police officers, commissioned by the Department of territorial executive authorities of the Moscow government, are presented in the article. The ways of the organizing of the student government’s work with a view to greater involvement of representatives of Moscow students youth in the work of the e-government portals are considered.

Введение. В настоящее время в России и за рубежом наблюдается стремительное развитие технологий электронного правительства [1; 3; 6–8]. Особого внимания заслуживает изучение работы порталов электронного правительства г. Москвы, демонстрирующих наивысшие темпы развития среди отечественных порталов городского уровня. Как показывает опыт реализации сервисов электронного государства в странах, занимающих по данному направлению лидирующие позиции в международных рейтингах (таких как Испания, Южная Корея, Сингапур, Канада, Великобритания, Германия и др.), именно на городском уровне внедряется большинство инновационных решений, применяемых в дальнейшем в работе аналогичных порталов общегосударственного уровня [2; 4; 5].
