Rubrics: REVIEW
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Predstavleny literaturnye dannye, kasayuschiesya metodov posleoperacionnogo obezbolivaniya pacientov s maksimal'noy adekvatnost'yu blokad i minimal'nymi pobochnymi effektami i oslozhneniyami. Dana harakteristika metodiki s ispol'zovaniem kateterov dlya prodlennoy spinal'noy anestezii, a takzhe pokazany razlichnye sistemy inkapsulirovaniya anestetikov, takih kak liposomnye, mikrosfernye sistemy mikrokapsulirovaniya, implantiruemye matricy i lekarstvennye kompleksy s ciklodekstrinami. V ryade rabot eksperimental'no dokazana effektivnost' dannyh metodik.
