The article deals with the problems of integral pedagogical process organization from the position of the process and result. The authors treat the pedagogical process as a task-oriented cooperation of teachers and students, aimed at achieving goals in education, instruction and development. The mentioned concept allows to distinguish the key factors of integral pedagogical process organization such as goal setting, motivation, education contents, teacher’s competence and expertise, refl exion.
