REDUCTION OF SPECIFIC ENERGY CONSUMPTION FOR GRAIN DRYING DEPLOYMENT CONTACT TYPE

Abstract (English):
Cel' issledovaniy – razrabotka, nauchnoe obosnovanie i vnedrenie v proizvodstvo prednaznachennyh dlya nebol'shih predpriyatiy energosberegayuschih, ekologicheski bezopasnyh tehnicheskih sredstv sushki zerna, sootvet-stvuyuschih trebovaniyam sovremennogo rossiyskogo agrarnogo proizvodstva. Ispol'zuemye v nastoyaschee vremya v tehnologiyah sushki zerna ustanovki nesovershenny. Poetomu razrabotka, nauchnoe obosnovanie i vnedrenie v proiz-vodstvo energosberegayuschih, ekologicheski bezopasnyh ustanovok dlya sushki zerna, sootvetstvuyuschih trebovaniyam sovremennogo rossiyskogo agrarnogo proizvodstva, yavlyaetsya aktual'noy i vazhnoy nauchno-tehnicheskoy zadachey, imeyuschey suschestvennoe znachenie dlya razvitiya strany. Dlya resheniya ukazannoy zadachi predlagaetsya ispol'zovat' ustanovku kontaktnogo tipa dlya sushki zerna, kotoraya razrabotana v sootvetstvii s opisaniem k patentu RF № 147016. Dlya ob'ektivnoy ocenki provodimyh issledovaniy v kachestve kriteriya optimizacii prinyali udel'nye zatraty energii na 1 kg isparennoy vlagi qud, kDzh/kgvlagi. V kachestve osnovnyh nezavisimyh faktorov processa byli prinyaty: x1 (tgr) – srednyaya temperatura greyuschey plastiny, 0C; x2 () – vremya obrabotki zerna v ustanovke, s. Issledovanie ustanovki dlya sushki zerna provodili na zerne yachmenya sorta Lakomba. Posle obrabotki rezul'tatov provedennyh eksperimentov bylo polucheno uravnenie regressii v natural'nyh i kodirovannyh znacheniyah vybrannyh nezavisimyh faktorov, kotoroe harakterizuet vliyanie etih faktorov na kriteriy optimizacii. Posle polucheniya matematicheskih modeley processa sushki vypolnili ih analiz s pomosch'yu dvuhmernyh secheniy. V rezul'tate analiza vyyavleno, chto minimal'nye udel'nye zatraty energii na process sushki zerna 4322,1 kDzh/kgvlagi dostigayutsya pri sleduyuschih optimal'nyh znacheniyah nezavisimyh faktorov processa sushki: tgr = 70C,  = 40 s. Pri etom shodimost' teoreticheskih i eksperimental'no poluchennyh rezul'tatov issledovaniy byla ne menee 94%. V rezul'tate teoreticheskih i eksperimental'nyh issledovaniy razrabotannoy ustanovki vyyavleno, chto pri optimal'nyh znacheniyah nezavisimyh faktorov udel'nye zatraty energii v predlagaemoy ustanovke kontaktnogo tipa v 1,3 raza men'she po sravneniyu s seriyno vypuskaemymi promyshlennost'yu ustanovkami dlya sushki zerna, v chastnosti, s ustanovkoy AST-1.
