TEACHER’S PROFESSIONAL STANDARD: THE COMPETENCES EVALUATION MECHANISM AT POST-GRADUATE TRAINING COURSES (IN-DEPTH TRAINING FORM)

Abstract (English):
The article refl ects some experience on evaluation of teachers’ competences at post-graduate training courses that are held as in-depth training form. The evaluation of teachers’ competences is considered under the summative and formative assessment of their labour actions as expected results of their development at the training programme. The competences evaluation mechanism is gradually described with some examples of formative and summative assessment tools which allow to evaluate certain labour actions.

Введение профессионального стандарта «Педагог» в Красноярском крае (край является победителем конкурсного отбора региональных программ развития образования в рамках реализации Федеральной целевой программы развития образования на 2011–2015 гг.) обусловило необходимость построения механизма управления профессиональным развитием педагогов в образовательных организациях общего образования и дополнительного профессионального образования.
