At present time there is establishment of social partnership; a system of negotiations between the subjects of socio-economic relations and real organized social structure start to form, fighting for the interests of workers. Social partnership is due to smooth and sometimes to prevent conflicts, to promote the growth of pace of socio-economic development through the use of democratic advantages of opening the creative potential in the process of social interaction. The current system gives the possibility to reach agreed effective social and economic decisions based on the views of agreement, negotiation, conclusion of contracts and agreements. In this regard, it is necessary to identify the importance of the study of the processes of formation of social partnership. The author gives the correct differentiation and analysis of the basic theoretical concepts of social partnership that allows to identify the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches of researchers of socio-economic phenomenon.
