MANAGEMENT OF COMMUNICATION MODELS IN A SITUATION OF IDEAL TYPICAL CONSTRUCT OF “ORGANIZATION-ACTOR NETWORK”

Abstract (English):
The article analyzes the modern approach to the research of organizations based on management of organizational communication by means of ideal typical communication models. The basic elements of management are considered: the image of the organization, some features of organizational and manage-rial relations, technology of "assemblies" of communications links, management of communication risks. The method of "matrix of risks" and the methodology based on B. Latur’s actor network theory is used. The stages of management of communication models for the increase of the efficiency of organizational and administrative practices are revised. It is postulated that the management, endowed with new meanings, will allow not only to implement management implications of actions of social actors delayed in time, and to adjust the problems, conditions and factors that cause negative or positive consequences.
