Abstract (English):
The author examines public opinion as a subject of socio-historical process, having multifunctional content and influencing the dynamics of the society. The article shows that in the process of formation and transmission of public opinion there is an interaction (communication) between the parties, which is objectified in certain forms or system «partnership-conflict» depending on the interests of the parties.
