The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that the current decade has seen a complex set of socioeconomic transformations driven by the dynamics of J. Kitchin's short business cycles, K. Zhuglyar's small cycles of economic activity, S. Kuznets's construction cycles, N. Kondratiev's long waves, and others. Under these conditions, the superposition of economic activity minima across multiple waves of varying duration and amplitude, which occurred in the 2020s, is increasing the complexity of organizations' transitions from one stage of the life cycle to another. This issue closely intersects with social philosophy, which examines society in its development and the role of humans within it. The purpose of this research is to examine the organizational life cycle models of Child, Channon, and Torbert, developed during the global economic crisis of the 1970s, in terms of their applicability to a similarly sized global economic crisis in the 2020s. This study takes into account the spiraling patterns of social development and the transition from quantitative change to a new quality at each stage. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in highlighting the specific features of the 1970s organizational life cycle models of Child, Channon, and Torbert. Their use will enable organizations to more effectively overcome the global economic crisis of the 2020s, taking into account the specific implementation of dialectical laws in these models. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of applying the historical experience and fundamental principles of the social philosophy of organizational life cycle management of Child, Channon, and Torbert to contemporary conditions.
