In this article, the author examines the use of the case method in the context of higher legal education. The main objective of the article is to examine the case method, which includes a practical element and helps students develop not only theoretical knowledge of the subject but also an understanding of how this knowledge should be applied in practice. Through case studies, students develop a legal mindset characterized by identifying and solving legal problems based on a holistic understanding of the legal system.
