The federal educational program for general education levels is one of the most important strategic documents in the general education system. The federal educational program is designed to specify the substantive and technological features of general education, as stated in the federal state educational standard. Like any working document, the federal educational program is characterized by both obvious strengths and characteristics that require reflection and adjustment. This article examines the content of universal learning activities and methodological approaches to students' mastery of them.
