Process management currently has relevant methodological and technological tools for implementing operational activities within the framework of "organization" type economic systems. Determining the main attributes of the regulatory state of the after-sales customer service management subprocess made it possible to correlate them with the current state of the underlying organization. Based on the comparison, problems and suggestions for their elimination were identified, and a technology was developed to improve the performance of the selected management subprocess. Innovative proposals and management technology, after their implementation, contribute to obtaining the specified economic indicators and improving the performance of the selected organization.
