Abstract:
Today, the so-called "nationally oriented training" occupies an important place in the system of training foreign specialists, in connection with which in the theory and practice of training we increasingly come across the phrase "Russian language as a means of intercultural communication" instead of the usual "Russian as a foreign language" (RFL). At the same time, intercultural communication is understood as the interaction of communicants who are representatives of linguacultures marked by national characteristics of the most diverse kinds. This article examines the role and place of the linguacognitive and linguamethodological aspects of teaching Russian to foreigners from the point of view of developing cross-cultural competence. As an example, the work uses the experience of creating the RFBR (RCNI) project "Development of the concept of a linguacultural nationally oriented educational dictionary of the Russian language for Vietnamese citizens".
