Abstract (English):
This article considers the development of one of the centers of continuous further education in the field of fine art, intended for primary school children. Today supplementary education centers in Russian in legal and organizational conditions due to the relative freedom of the implementation of educational programs can successfully coordinate the educational work, solve the problem of perfection of modern art education in the framework of the territorial units.

СОВРЕМЕННЫЙ ПОДХОД К СИСТЕМЕ ДУХОВНО-НРАВСТВЕННОГО ВОСПИТАНИЯ ПОДРАСТАЮЩЕГО ПОКОЛЕНИЯ

На протяжении столетий образование являлось одним из важнейших общественных институтов. Отсюда и повышенное внимание к нему со стороны государства и общества. С образованием непосредственно связано формирование и воспитание позитивных ценностей у детей, подростков и молодежи. Неблагополучие в духовно-нравственной сфере прямо влияет на ситуацию в образовании, а кризис образовательных институтов способствует ухудшению духовно-нравственного климата в обществе. В России, где традиционно была высока роль государства, эта взаимозависимость особенно наглядна.
